1. If the sale is hosted on the Equus Sims forum and you apply on the ES site you are required to create a horse profile for the horse in the time of two (2) weeks after purchase. (Only if the horses aren't registered by us already, which will be stated in the current sale.)

2. The horse has to keep our prefix (Hunting's)

3. You may not change the horse's show name. You may change its barn name.

4. You may not offer the horses or their coats/custom markings for public download.

5. You may not change the horse's conformation, color or gender. Stallions can be gelded.

6. You may change mane or tail style.

7. You must have an account on ES.

8. Should you want to sell the horse, you have to contact the Hunting Dawn Stables's owner, Sadie Woodson, first to see if we want the horse back.

9. Horses will not be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis.

10. We reserve rights to reclaim if our terms are broken, or if the owner becomes inactive.

Have your mare covered by one of our stallions:

1. You must have a website for your stable or an Equus Sims account in order to have your mare covered.

2. We use real coat genetics, so your mare has to have real genetic information.

3. This genetic information will be used to produce a coat color; the conformation and gender will be generated by the game. The coat color will be determined randomly.

4. Send your mare via email as a .sim file to us after we asked for it.

5. She will be covered by the chosen stallion and the resulting foal will be aged up to a yearling and sent to you.

6. Your mare will be deleted from our game.

7. The offspring will carry our prefix (Hunting's) and no other prefix or suffix may be added.

8. You may choose the horse's show and barn name yourself, unless pre-chosen.

9. You may not offer the horse's coat/custom markings for public download.

10. You may not change the horse's conformation, color or gender. Stallions can be gelded.

11. You may use our profile picture for the horse on your website and on Equus Sims.

12. We don't do inbreeding. Please check your mare's pedigree to make sure the offspring wouldn't be considered inbred.
