Services
Diamond Equestrian Centre offers three services currently. These include breeding, selling and leasing. Below is information, rules and forms for each listed service.
Breeding
♢You must be able to provide a proper show or breeding home.
♢We ask that you keep the horse active if showing.
♢You must be able to pay the fee if you have an Equus Sims account.
♢The horse's conformation, coat, etc will not be altered.
♢It will not be used as a template, nor will it be put up for mass download.
♢If you plan on selling the horse, do contact me before as I typically want to buy them back.
♢I reserve the right to reclaim a horse if you fail to follow the rules, supply a proper home or pay the fee.

Sales
Diamond Equestrian Centre offers two kinds of breedings. The first, a custom breeding, in which you may choose a stallion and mare of ours to receive a custom foal. The second option, a regular breeding or stud request, where you choose one of our stallions at stud, to breed to your own mare. The rules below will cover both kinds of breedings.
The following rules that are to be listed are asked to be taken seriously and followed properly. If not followed in the correct manner, the breeding request will be declined. Thank you.
General Rules
♢You must have an Equus Sims main account, and forum account.
♢You must be able to provide the proper amount of money for stud fee.
♢We will not send out our stallions, if you wish to breed one of your mares, they will be sent to us and returned.
♢We ask that within a month of owning the foal, it should have a proper main site profile. If you are unable to, we can discuss it and extend the period of time.
♢The foal will carry 'DDEC' our prefix, before it's proper show name. You may not add your own prefix/suffix.
♢If you wish to sell the foal, do contact me before as I typically am willing and wanting to buy the horse back.
♢The horse must be going to either a showing home (reccomended) or breeding home.
'Create a Pet' Rules
♢Conformation will not be altered. Before altering anything, please ask before and I will give you the go ahead.
♢The coat will not be altered, besides shade, shine and 'additons,' those may be changed and/or added.
♢Gender may not be changed, although stallions may be gelded.
♢Mane and tail colour will not be altered. Style is acceptable.
Mare Rules
♢Your mare must have a profile on the main site, and registered with the proper associations.
♢The mare you wish to be bred, must be on of the following breeds: Dutch Warmblood, Swedish Warmblood, Bavarian Warmblood, Belgian Warmblood, Danish Warmblood, British Warmblood, Holsteiner, Oldenburg, Trakehner, Thoroughbred, Hanoverian, Selle Francais, Westphalian, and Zangersheide. If your mares breed is not on here and you wish to have a breeding, complete a form and we may discuss the details.
♢Please have a picture of your mare's side conformation to include in the form.
Custom Breeding Rules
♢Along with the stud fee, there will be an extra charge of $500 - $1000 due to the use of a DDEC mare.
♢The mare chosen must be available for breeding, it will confirm this on their profile or down below.
